Nine Mile Ranch is a real cattle ranch in scenic Nine Mile Canyon, the "world's longest art gallery." Hundreds of panels of rock art left by the Fremont Indians are on display throughout the canyon. Let us take you on a 1/2 day tour and learn about the area's history, or explore on your own. Having lived in the canyon as a youth and also several times as a married couple, we have lots of stories and memories. Some of them true! Stay at the Nine Mile Guest Ranch Campground, or in a rustic one-room cabin like the pioneers. We also have "Bunk n' Breakfast" rooms for families or singles, and an Indian teepee as well. We have limited electricity and hot showers, but you can mostly expect an authentic Western experience here among the farm animals. Nine Mile Ranch is ideal for everyone from small couples to large groups. We have a nice big pavillion, with nearby picnic tables, fire pits, showers, flush toilets, and a playgrounds for the little ones. And all around you are opportunities for hiking, mountain climbing, or fun in the creek. It's a great place for a family reunion or nice quiet getaway. Ask us about special activities like hayrides, dances, and live music. If you'd like us to cook for you, just let us know. We do great Dutch Oven cooking -- all you can eat. We will cook any meal you need if you order ahead of time. We have cooked for over 125 people before. Nine Mile Ranch is 25 miles northeast of Wellington, Utah, and about 5 miles into Nine Mile Canyon.
